Shipping Information
- We ship coins via the United States Postal Service (USPS) using delivery confirmation information, signature confirmation, or by certified mail.
- When possible we will use Priority Mail Flat-Rate shipping as this is the most economical and affordable shipping choice when sending out our products.  To give you an idea what flat rate shipping to select the USPS Small Flat Rate Box can hold:

1) One order of the sealed U.S. Mint white boxes which rolls usually come in or
2) About 2-3 orders of  products in the original Mint packaging or
3) Four to five slabbed certified coins

If you are unsure whether your purchase will fit in the USPS Small Box, select the USPS Medium Box which will be enough to accommodate most orders, and if we can ship your products in the Small Box we will adjust the shipping costs for you.

Return Policy
- We offer a 5-day return privilege on certified coins. Customers are required to pay for shipping charges on all returned orders.
- Certified coins removed from their original slabs/containers are NON-refundable.
- Sales on raw coins are final and there are NO returns allowed due to the fact it is almost impossible to identify raw coins by their uniqueness once they leave our hands. Raw coins are considered any coins which are not certified. These include single coins, rolls of coins, and coins not in sealed containers like some mint packaging.
- All coins we sell are guaranteed to be genuine.
