• We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover shipped to cardholders' billing address only.
• We also accept checks, money orders or bank certified checks. Checks have a 7 business day hold to clear, which means we will not ship your order until after 7 days from when we deposited your check and it has cleared.
• Payments made by Paypal or Google Checkout, can only be shipped to your confirmed address through their system.
• Certified coins are guaranteed of grade by their respective grading company. Questions of grade are handled by the respective grading company.
• Orders are usually processed within 3 business days of placement. If you are concerned about your order's processing, please contact us through our "Contact Page" and we will get back to you ASAP.
• All coins are guaranteed, and carry a 5-day return privilege from the date when the shipment is considered "Delivered" in the USPS tracking system. Coins removed from holders or plastic slabs are considered sold and the return is void.
